My name is Terray Rollins. I was born and raised in Miami! I graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations. I’m currently licensed in 15 states as a Mortgage Loan Originator, and I’ve successfully assisted borrowers in getting approved for home loans in every corner of our great country. I’m proficient at understanding and adhering to state & federal mortgage laws, interpreting conforming and non-conforming loan guidelines, analyzing borrower credit & debt-to-income (DTI) ratios for approval, and always achieving my client’s bottom line.

When I’m not saving the galaxy one home loan at a time, I’m a husband and father! My wife and I are high school sweethearts and have been together for 15 amazing years! God recently blessed us with a baby boy with the biggest smile you’ve ever seen and an even bigger personality to match!
